By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in new condition, and have all original tags attached. SECTION 3 – SHIPPING

The Grady Market ships nationally within the United States. Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $5. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
