Refund policy

Please read our policy in full and start your return or exchange by emailing us at gradymarketapalach@gmail.com. 

Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of purchase UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNUSED, in their original condition, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear or use. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be stated in the product description on our website.

Items sold on sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange, online or in-store. There are no exceptions.  

Please note we cannot issue refunds or exchanges until we receive the product back, and it is inspected.
